Warranty Policy
Information about the Warranties Policy
Consumers have a right to product warranty according to the following criteria, whereby the consumer is any natural person who concludes a transaction for purposes that are predominantly unrelated to their commercial or independent professional activities.
a. Warranty claims must be made directly at the dealer/retailer/reseller or store of purchase with the original invoice/receipt and adhering to the dealer/retailer/reseller or store's return policy
b. If a product proves to be defective and subject to Sections(3)&(4), the dealer/retailer/reseller or store, at its discretion after examining, will repair the product, replace the product (or any part thereof) with a similar product, replace the defective product with a reconditioned product or may provide a full/partial/pro-rated refund. For replacement, the replaced product will have six {6} months warranty or the balance of the remaining original warranty (whichever is higher if applicable). If there is evidence after examining that the product is working and/or does not correspond to the problem as indicated in the return claims, subject to Sections(3)&(4) and subject to the dealer/retailer/reseller or store's own return policy, the reseller/retailer/dealer or store reserves the rights to reject the warranty claim and return the original product back to you.

Limited 24 months warranty
(1) Subject to limitations and conditions noted herein, the original end customer is guaranteed a limited twenty-four {24} months warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials, when purchased from participating European distributors, resellers, retailers or dealers. The "end customer" is defined as an individual end-user or company who is not a distributor, reseller, retailer or dealer, but purchased the product(s) for his/her/company private use.
Obtaining warranty service
(2) The warranty claim is fulfilled by your direct point of purchase such as dealer/reseller/retailer/store, etc.

Limitation and definition of the Limited 24 months warranty
(3) Conditions of the Limited twenty-four {24} months warranty:
a. Only applicable to the original purchased products. This means it is NOT applicable to re-conditioned, refurbished, repaired or subsequent replacements from EzWifi or from its participating partners
b. Only applicable if the product is purchased from an authorized participating partner in Europe

(4) The Limited twenty-four {24} months warranty IS NOT applicable to :
a. Usage outside of the environmental specifications
b. Abuse, unreasonable use or neglecting instructions found in product user manual
c. Unusual physical or electrical stress or power fluctuations
d. Damage caused during installation of the product
e. Damage caused by modification or repair which has not been approved by EzWifi
f. Products whose serial number and/or Material Number label are removed, torn or unreadable
g. Damage caused by improper or improperly used packaging
h. Damage caused by a lack of earth grounding protection
i. Products that are found/reported to be stolen
j. Power adapter & cable
k. Power-over-Ethernet injectors
l. Surge Protector
m. Lightning arrestor
n. Mounting brackets & cables
o. Ethernet cables
p. Antennas
q. Batteries
a. Usage outside of the environmental specifications

Limitation of liability
EZWIFI AND/OR ITS PARTNERS SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR REVENUES, OR THE COSTS OF REPLACEMENT OR SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS, ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), EVEN IF EZWIFI HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. EZWIFI AND/OR ITS PARTNERS' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT UPON WHICH LIABILITY IS BASED.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regards to its conflict of law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this warranty and is strictly excluded. You hereby agree to all terms of this warranty in the English language and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in The Netherlands.
