Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following criteria, whereby the consumer is any natural person who concludes a transaction for purposes that are predominantly unrelated to their commercial or independent professional activities:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without having to state your reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must use the online return form or send us (EZWiFi, Nijverheidsweg 25M, 3534AM, Utrecht, The Netherlands, Telephone: +31 3 0743 1029, E-mail: info@ezwifi.eu ) via inform a statement formulated in an unambiguous manner (eg a letter or e-mail sent by post) about your decision to revoke this agreement. For this you can use the enclosed model form for withdrawal, which is not prescribed.
In order to observe the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice about the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you revoke this agreement, we must provide you with all payments that we have received from you including the costs for delivery (with the exception of the extra costs that arise from the fact that you have chosen a different delivery form than the most advantageous standard delivery offered by us) immediately and within a maximum of fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notice of your cancellation of this agreement. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, except that something else was explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this reimbursement. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof.
You must return the goods to us or deliver them to us immediately and in any case within a maximum of 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this agreement. The period is considered to have been observed when you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs for returning the goods.
You must only stand up for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value can be traced back to a relationship with them that is not necessary for assessing the nature, properties and working method of the goods.
Exclusion or cancellation of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which manufacture an individual choice or provision by the consumer is normative or that is unmistakably tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for agreements for the delivery of products, if these are indivisibly mixed with other goods after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose exclusive residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

General remarks
- Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us as far as possible in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging for adequate protection against transport damage.
- Please return the goods to us using a Track and Trace or Registered parcel for your own convenience for verification of receipt of delivery.
- Please note that the aforementioned figures 1-2 are not conditions for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
