Information about the Return Policy

Consumers have a right to make a return according to the following conditions, whereby the consumer is any natural person who concludes a transaction for purposes that are predominantly unrelated to their commercial or independent professional activities:
 
A. Conditions & Instructions regarding the Return Policy ​
  • Your order is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Your order is incorrect
  • You are not satisfied with your order
  • The product is defective within the warranty period
  • The product is defective outside the warranty period
Your order is damaged or defective upon arrival 
If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, you can initiate a return procedure to send the product back to us, and that any shipping charges will be refunded back to you, capped at the standard shipping rate of € 6.95. ​
 
  1. Use the online return form to make a return claim.
  2. Within 48 hours, you will receive a email verification with a RMA number, instructions and the address to return the product. You have 14 days effective from the email verification to make a return to the specified address.
  3. Purchase a registered parcel service, Track and Trace or similar services. We are not responsible for missing parcels.
  4. Indicate the RMA number visibly clear on the top of the package to be returned with a marker.
​After receiving the product you will receive a replacement product as soon as possible or we will refund your money. The costs for return shipment are borne by us and will be refunded to your account within 14 days after receipt of the product. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ 

Your order is incorrect

If a product becomes defective within the warranty period, you are entitled to warranty. You can initiate a return procedure to send the product back to us, and that any shipping charges (both ways) are borne at your own cost. ​

  2. Within 48 hours, you will receive a email verification with a RMA number, instructions and the address to return the product. You have 14 days effective from the email verification to make a return to the specified address.
  3. Purchase a registered parcel service, Track and Trace or similar services. We are not responsible for missing parcels.

​When your defective product arrives at our service department, your complaint will be investigated accordingly to our Warranty policy. If your product is defective, the service department will replace or repair accordingly. ​ When the repair or replacement is completed, we will inform you via email correspondence and request you to provide us a return shipping label for the RMA to be returned to you. You can purchase a shipping label from postnl.nl, dhl.nl or dpd.nl. After purchasing a shipping label, kindly send us a digital copy (pdf) to us. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ 

The product is defective outside the warranty period
If your product is defective outside the warranty period, no claim can be made under warranty. For any advice regarding repair outside the warranty period, please contact us. ​ ​ ​
